Career Opportunities

We are always looking for people who are strong communicators, have critical thinking skills, are self-motivated & hard-working, love designing innovative solutions, want to put down roots in a cool mountain community, and want to learn, grow, and thrive with our outstanding studio.

Our studio is highly collaborative and our people are at the center of our process. You’ll be involved in every phase of projects, from first putting pencil to paper to final move-in and everything in between. Our high-end residential projects offer tremendous design opportunities. You’ll do great work with great people.

We offer competitive pay, benefits, and work/life balance. We’re a hard-working crew and we value the balance between uncompromising work and unrepentant play. Sometimes our early mornings or late nights happen at the office. Sometimes they happen in the mountains chasing powder, exploring new trails, or casting flies. We live here because we love it here, and our company culture reflects that.
