Piede-à-Terre

A historic brick building in Bozeman’s downtown underwent a much-needed renovation, restoring its 1910 façade and opening the opportunity to focus a modern lens on this piede-à-terre and the office spaces below it. Original brick and timbers blend with steel and light finishes, letting the loft feel airy and bright. A spiral stair leads to a rooftop tower and deck where mountains define the horizon in every direction. The City of Bozeman Historic Preservation Board granted this restoration a Historic Preservation Award.
